Pack house

Our pack house is managed by Agrogailes, one of our shareholders, who is committed to select and pack only “la crème de la crème”.

Agrogailes is located close to our farms and has a history of exporting berries successfully all around the world since the late 1990’s.

The state of the art pack house offers 7 high capacity cold rooms including 3 IQF rooms, 3 minus cold rooms and 1 precooling room with a high technology system inspired by our Australian partners.

With a total area of 15 000 m² of, the packhouse is divided in 2 units:

-  The 1st unit is dedicated to fresh produce with a work capacity of 40 tons per day

-  The 2nd unit can process 80 tons of frozen berries each day

The working area including sorting and packing lines is entirely under air temperature control set down to 16°c in order to ensure a high quality of our blueberries.

Agrogailes is BRC and HACCP certified and passed the ISO22000 standard in 2011.
